NONSENSE AND NERVE ENDINGS
[A short poetry collection centered on pain, bits of the human body, and cats. much was written while coping with my disease.]
This has been redacted because it was a bogwater peat-heap of a poetry book that should've stayed in my spiral bound journal. There are a FEW pieces I don't mind, but even they need intense revision and a good coating of magma.
I created this during an extremely low point in my life, and though it did help me work through my chronic pain, it's still 90% shit.
It was great to get experience putting myself out there, but i learned some valuable lessons from this:
1) it's ok to take your time
2) always get multiple editors no matter what the fuck it is you dilweed (this is @ me not whoever is reading this)
3) confessional poetry is best done by the pros. My best work is about nature.I will try again soon! Sometimes, when my brain mites are acute, i remind myself of how embarrassed I am about this book- and that before before leave this earth i have to prove myself by putting something better out there.

GOODNIGHT HARVEY
[A jaded college dropout is trapped in his psychiatrist's quantum experiment. As a transient conciousness he must navigate the multiverse in order to free himself, and any snails he finds along the way.]
[progress: 9k/???k]Utilizing Jungian psychology and Eastern philosophy to put a personal spin on the multiverse trope. I know multiverses are played out but it's one of my favorite plot devices and you can explore the limits of ur own creativity with it!
Harvey is my Character of All Time and id be fucked not to finish his story in this lifetime.

JADE BETWEEN DREAMS
[Jade, a lonely high-school junior, finds a strange room in the abandoned art building behind her school. within it lives a ghost named Esther, and the two quickly become best friends. The story follows the highs and lows of their relationship, and is a somber meditation on female friendships.]

[a girl follows a wolf-man named Benji out of the city, and into the bustling world of small animals. she slowly begins to turn into a hedgehog as she becomes part of the autumn festivities; cider swigging, pie crust crunching, cable knitting, and singing big bears to sleep.]

[a marine biologist projects his conciousness to explore the bottom of the ocean, but his waking reality begins to morph and atrophy as a consequence.]
[A colossal leviathan from the deep reaches of space nests in the heart of the Pacific. Its refuse actually produces an incredible amount of zoophytes, and the monster's usage of the Earth as a birthing station becomes an incredible boon for a future society.]
[An eccentric scientist finds a way to literally converse with plant life, but soon finds himself overwhelmed by the many voices and demands of the life around him.]
